Technology Enabled Services (TES)

Not every blade problem fits a standard product. That doesn’t mean we can’t solve it.

The challenge

Real operations raise questions the product catalog does not answer

You already have a fleet of turbines, a specific problem, and not much patience for a one-size-fits-all pitch. Technology Enabled Services (TES) is how EOLOGIX-PING applies its existing wireless sensor technologies and, where needed, adapts it, to answer the question you actually have.

Standard monitoring products cover the problems we see most often: icing, lightning, surface and structural damage. But real operations regularly raise questions that fall outside our product catalog, whether that’s a one-off investigation, a non-standard install, or a defined analysis delivered against a deadline rather than an open-ended subscription.

These are not edge cases we turn away. They are exactly what TES is for.

How it works

We scope it with you, then deliver exactly that

TES engagements start from our existing sensor technologies, inertial, capacitive, acoustic, and lightning, and from the interpretation expertise behind it. We scope the problem with you, agree what “done” looks like, and deliver against that.

Clear deliverables, no surprises

Every engagement runs against a clear, written definition of done, agreed before we start. This covers proof of concept work, pilot campaigns, and structured analyses with a specific deliverable. Many engagements combine installation or modification with ongoing data analysis.

Rigorous process, honest outcome

Because this work is often investigative or exploratory by nature, the “done” we agree on defines the work we deliver, not a guaranteed result. Findings may confirm, rule out, or only partially answer the question under investigation, and that is a valid and expected outcome.

Where we've applied it

Post-repair blade monitoring

Real-time sensor data to support the decision of when it’s safe to restart a turbine after an in-place blade repair.

Where we've applied it

Custom lab instrumentation

Purpose-built sensor setups for third-party fatigue and structural testing, outside our standard product configurations.

Where we've applied it

Targeted failure detection

Applying our sensing technology to confirm a specific, suspected failure mode already proven measurement technologies and an experienced.

Where we've applied it

Investigative data analysis

Structured, deadline-driven analysis of your existing sensor data to answer a specific operational question.

What you can expect

Clear ownership, clear scope, clear rhythm

Custom work doesn’t have to mean unpredictable work. These three commitments apply to every engagement, so you always know who’s accountable, what you’re paying for, and when you’ll hear from us.

One person, fully accountable

One person owns your engagement from scoping through delivery.

Written, agreed before we start

Agreed before work starts. No ambiguity about what you’re paying for.

Progress you see as it happens

Agreed with you at kickoff, so you see progress as it happens rather than waiting for a single handover at the end.

The process

From first call to final report

No hidden stages and no surprise handoffs. Here’s exactly what happens between your first message and the final sign-off.

Step 1: Talk to us

Tell us the problem. We’ll tell you quickly whether it’s a fit

Step 2: Scoping and offer

We define the definition of done, the engagement model, and send you a firm offer.

Step 3: Kickoff

Once you confirm, we resource the project and align the delivery team.

Step 4: Delivery and reporting

We work the engagement on the agreed rhythm and flag anything that changes the scope in writing, before we act on it.

Step 5: Close

You get a final report or hours summary, sign-off, and, if relevant, a clear recommendation on next steps.

Why EOLOGIX-PING

Proven measurement technologies, pointed at your question

We’re not proposing a new sensor platform for your one-off problem. We’re pointing already proven measurement technology and an experienced interpretation team at it. That means faster answers and a lower-risk way to get them.
